Anchor bay replacement policy

    Because of the talk of a defective Heathers dvd on this forum i checked my Heathers, and the disc wouldnt load at all.

    Now...on the anchor bay page, it says they will replace it and you just have to send the defective copy to them.

    I live in Denmark, and I mailed them to ask if that was a problem, but they dont answer my mails.

    Is there anybody who has any experience getting them to send a replacement for a faulty disc to outside of the states ?

    I suggest patience. When I emailed them it took two weeks before I got a reply. The end of that reply was:
