"Anaconda" Superbit DVD - comments? (1 Viewer)

Picked this up at BestBuy last night for $19.99.
I admit I was a little disappointed in the transfer quality - lots of "grainy" night scenes.

However, as expected the DTS sound is AMAZING! Chapter 4 begins with a thunderstorm that literally, rattled the walls. Worth the price of admission for that one.

I remember the sound being very good on the regular version. I like in the beginning when the snake os after the guy on the boat. He is standing on the deck and the snake hammers into the underside of the deck he is standing on resulting in a heavy thump sound and the tinkling of the nails falling to the deck. J-Lo also looked very nice in her natural locks.

This screencap was a previous pic of the day at IGN. I posted it in another thread of mine. I'm not big on the Superbit philosophy, but it got me pumped. Now I'm wondering if the transfer is all it can be, especially since the extras are nil.
