Yes, only once. I called to ask about a new Yamaha receiver they were selling on Ebay. I asked the salesman several questions about being an authorized retailer, shipping, and return policies, etc. The guy got real nasty on the phone. I never ordered from them. I thought that if they were that nasty before they had my money, I could only imagine dealing with them if there was a problem after they had my money.

Every time I call they are very nice and helpful. Both Bob and Cathy. I think they can sometimes be a little forward, but I just chalk that up to being from the North and me being from the south, heh. (No offense to those from the north.)

Well, I just got my Denon 2802 receiver from them, and WOW what a pleasant surprise!!! They were great to work with and were very helpful! I went ahead and gambled with them because they were one of the cheapest places that could help me with the Warranty issues and it has just been great!!
