Considering the problems most of us have had in finding WS copies of "The Mummy Returns" and "Cats and Dogs" DVD's in stores to rent, will the trend continue with "American Pie 2"?
Why oh WHY can't they just include BOTH versions on the same disc? How hard is that????
Oh yeah....rated or unrated issues are also involved with "AP2".
I don't know about the rest of you guys but I would gladly sacrifce a few needless extras as long as I was guaranteed a widescreen version was readily available on a DVD.

More than likely it will...but I don't really care. I'll be buying the Unrated Widescreen version.

    Michael,
If you liked and own the first movie, I would suggest just buying this one.

Dave, I never buy a movie unless I've seen it in a theater or rented it first. Personally, I've thought I was gonna like a sequel based on my feelings for the first film and was extremely let down.
I think it's a damn shame that you'll have to buy a widescreen DVD instead of being able to rent it.

I'm sure the mom & pop stores will rent the unrated version. I'd rather support them over Blockbuster or Hollywood anyway.
