Amadeus R2 - Non-flipper (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know where i can buy a non-flipper version of amadeus R2. The UK version is the flipper, but I've read 2 reviews on DVD reviewer and it seems some other european countries have a Dual Layer version.
If anyone has it can you please let me knoe the country of origin and if possible a catalog number.
