Am I supposed to be holding a copy of Goldmember? (1 Viewer)

Not to get anyone in trouble, but isn't this supposed to street on 12/3? I stopped in at my local B & M and saw it setting on the shelf. Got a little excited because I was certain it wasn't due until next week. Picked it up and thought it odd that it wasn't on sale (listed at 19.99).
Came home, went to dvdpricesearch and sho' nuff--Next week.
What gives? I'm hoping I can take it in next week with my recpt and get the sale price. Somebody just majorly jump the gun on this?

From all the comments I've seen around here lots of stores seem to break street date these days, whether by accident or not. Personally, even if I'd see something a bit early I doubt I'd buy it since it usually wouldn't be on sale yet and I rarely watch something (or have to) immediately.
