All region dvd home theaters (1 Viewer)

I've got about $400-$600 to spend on an all region
dvd playing home theater that plays both on ntsc and pal tv's. It has to be dual voltage too. What's about the
best i can get for that sort of money please?

Decent price, but not a whole lot in terms of watts per channel.
