    I picked up the latest releases tonight. They had probably about 30 all together. They also had the first round of releases still too for about the same price, maybe a $1 lower.

    Got #763 of the MM in B&W. Behind the Scenes at WD studio was #3394. Goofy was #15769. These were the lowest ones they had left.

    But, really, is there any benefit whatsoever in the long run to getting lower numbers in the limited editions here? I doubt it. But, time will tell.

    I'm sure there are collectors out there who would pay big money for #1, or very early releases (1-100, for example).

    I really don't see the hype about getting the lower numbered sets.

    To me it would only be an interesting conversation piece if you had number one or the very last one in a series.
    I still don't think it should or even would have any greater value since every disc is the same in content.

    I agree with Patrick. I just grab the nicest-looking box.
