I am celebrating an anniversary at my job and the employers let you pick out a reward based on years of service. I had enough to shell out for the Alien Legacy box set (only been here 5 years).

I noticed that when I opened the box all the individual DVDs were not shrink wrapped. Do you think I got a collection that was previously opened and rewrapped at the store, or is this how it came. All of my other box sets have had the contents wrapped as well. Just wondering if I should complain to the store...

I just received my Alien Legacy (purchased online) today and each episode is NOT individually wrapped, although the entire set is.

The box is wrapped but the discs inside are not. Youre OK.

If memory serves, my Fantasia Anthology set had each keepcase shrink-wrapped, but my Flying Circus set didn't. Didn't really notice at the time...

Fantasia was NOT individually shrinkwrapped, nor was the Marilyn Monroe collection, nor Alien.
