advice on surround speakers to go with my paradigm pw2200 sub? (1 Viewer)

im not serious into home theater so i dont wanna spend alot, and i wouldnt mind buying used. my wife and i dont wont big floor standing speakers. so they must be bookshelf size. i have been eyeing the titans, good choice? and the center(front/rear) im not sure

For a small budget speaker, the Titans are not bad. Is that about the price range? There's quite a few speakers right about that price that are very decent.

To my ears, the Minis are definitely better than the Titans.

Speaker age can be a factor for the midbass/woofer if the surround dries out and cracks. Most can be repaired inexpensively though, and most speakers will last a long time (10yrs?) before this becomes a real issue. If you're talking about 20yr old speakers, I'd expect this already.

Yes, at least for Paradigm. They make small changes to each new version. Little desgin "improvements" here and there.
