Okay, on my bedroom TV (an RCA 26041dg 26") I've noticed a spot on the back where it says S-Video but there's no plug, does anyone know of a mod I can do to add an S-video plug, like if they had two models one with Svid and one without and all they did for the one without was not soldered a plug on. I'm fairly adept with a soldering iron so I think I could do it if it's possible, I just don't want to rip apart my TV if it can't be done. Also if someone knows where to find schematics for TV's that would be great.
Thanks in advance.

Adding S-Video would require a lot of work. Basically, you bypass the TVs comb filter and you would have to know then where to wire the leads from the S-video input. I don't believe that a TV that isn't designed for an S-video input would allow you to do it that readily, even if the label is there. I also doubt that on a 26" TV you would notice any improvement.
