hey all. what im wanting to do is add a "line out" feature to my mini system. what im after is a circuit to change the 6ohm 85w output from where the speakers are wired into the back to rca socets, at a suitable level so i can connect an amp etc- pretty much at "line out" volume. im not worried about only having 2 channel sound, thats no problem.

ive looked all over the net, and cant find anything saying how to do it.

please help!

What you need to do that is a line output converter, which is actually quite common in the aftermarket car audio industry (they're used to add upgraded amplifiers to factory Bose, JBL Premium, etc.).

Scosche makes one called the SLC4.
