Check it out via my sig. Dahlquist Qx-6 speakers and ASL waves.
Nice setup! Those Waves are pretty magical little boxes and they cost less than the tax on many people's SS behemoths.
What are you using as a source?
P.S. Nice HT setup, too! Looks great.
where did you get those neat stands, and how much did they cost?
Cool little set up. I was thinking of purchasing the ASL Waves as well. I have 2 B&W DM302s that aren't employed at the moment. What are you using for a preamp and source?
I didn't notice what you are using as a source...have you tried a turntable yet? I'll bet it would sound pretty choice with those tubes
Thanks guys, it does sound great!
I'm using a Sony 200 Megachanger for a source right now.
The pre-amp is an ASL AQ2004DT on the stand.
Andrew: I bought those stands (speaker stands I am assuming) at a local stereo shop. They were $250 CDN for the pair. They are very nice stands, I like them alot.
Jeremy, I haven't hooked up a turntable and I don't really plan to. Too much hassle I think. For 1 I don't have ANY records and I would have to also purchase a phono pre which I do not have. I'm happy with CD. I may go with a better DAC later though.
