add a pre-out to a receiver Onkyo SR600 ? (1 Viewer)

Has anyone added a pre-out / main-in loop to a receiver that was not so equipped?

I have an Onkyo SR600 and like its' features, but want to add external crossover and amps.

I wonder if a good electronics repair shop could do this?
