Although best known for the TV series The F.B.I., he had memorable roles in two Douglas Sirk films All That Heaven Allows and There's Always Tomorrow as well as the cult horror film Cult Of The Cobra and the sci-fi movie The Land Unknown as well as a memorable episode of Twilight Zone titled The Purple Testament.

He was at Universal during the 1950s and appeared in several of their movies. I particularly like his work in that missing-in-action film Mister Cory which I'm hoping Kino-Lorber will release on Blu-ray disc.
