After hearing of the trajic passing of director Ted Demme, my thoughts immediately turned to his shortlived black comedy series on Fox... "Action" starring Jay Mohr. I really loved this show while it was on the air, and was sad when it was cancelled.
Is this out on DVD? If not are there any plans to release it?

No it's not out, no word on it being out either

Personally I'd rather see The Tick and Lone Gunman from the "cancelled before their time" pile

OMG! I loved Action! it was the funniest show ever. I know if got cancelled early on so maybe i have a weird sense of humor or something? It was/is one of the only TV shows that had me laughing out loud consistently.

Plus they had an episode that featured Sandra Bullock who i really like.

I wish this would come out on dvd.

Also, there were several episodes of Action that hadn't aired when Fox canceled. I believe they were later shown on FX, but I couldn't receive it at the time. A video release would be the only way to make these available for the majority of fans.
