Acoustics for home theater (1 Viewer)

I am in the processing of finishing a home theater and would like to know if there is a place to find how to make different acoustic panels or where I can buy some relatively inexpensive ones. Right now my theater is a little over budget at a little over 25,000. I don't want to go too much higher.
