I don't see your point. If eudora has been around for 10 years and outlook express has been around for 4, then wouldn't that mean that Eudora would have been targeted before outlook express became popular? I would also bet that it ONLY became popular because it was bundled with Windows.
I also just explained that MS IIS has TONS of security holes and it is used MUCH LESS than competing products. SO wouldn't the more popular products be targeted?
The Gartner group has advised against using IIS. It also costs more to insure an NT server than a UNIX based one. It really is true that MS has a poor security record, and it isn't because some of their products are popular.
