It's official, Aaron Sorkin is finally returning to television!
As reported in Variety, The show's called "Studio 7 on the Sunset Strip" and revolves around an L.A. based sketch-comedy show. NBC won the bidding war and has picked it up as an hour-long drama for at least 13 episodes.
Nothing better could happen to the current state of television than this. Hopefully this will be in the 06-07 lineup for next year. I can't wait. Hopefully Joshua Malina will have long been gone from the sinking ship of TWW to keep the JM/AS relationship going. And perhaps NBC will have learned their lesson from the first time around not to mess and meddle with this. This is the best news I've heard in a long time. This is what's next.
