I originally purchased the 20-39PC over the 16-46PC because of its slightly higher output across the board. After reading various posts, the SVS site, etc., it seems that SVS has steadily improved the performance parameters of each of the models by 1-2 db worth of output.

Therefore, when the new PC models become available in the next week or two, the output of the new 16-46PC should at least equal that of my July 2001 20-39PC.

If I was happy with the output(never bottomed) of the 20-39PC, SHOULD I now buy the 16-46PC and get those extra lows and higher db's across the board?

OR am I missing something? Thoughts appreciated. Thanks.

Added: My room is 12x12, and system is exclusively HT

If you're mostly satisfied right now, I would wait for the PC-Plus line to arrive. Then you'll know for sure that a 16-46PC+ will satisfy you! :D
