The last few times I've been to the movie theater, my local multiplex had ushers going up and down the aisle with soft-glow flashlights at regular intervals. Just their presense seems to keep most assholes quiet. It's a nice turnaround sign.

(Although they did nothing to stop the couple of crack addicts who were suffering through very audible withdrawl back when I saw Signs.)

Anyone else notice ushers returning to your local theaters?

Its Famous Players, Cineplex Odeon and Alliance Atlantis policy to patrol cinemas every 1/2 hour. It really depends on the usher him/herself if it gets done.

    Bart,
Famous Players - Once a show, mostly someone peering in for a second and walking away or signing the sheet.
Cineplex Odeon - Once a show if you're LUCKY
Alliance Atlantis - Last movie I saw there, there were three theater sweeps. I'd consider that good. [IMG]
