Hey, at least you got a response! It wasn't what you wanted, but what can you expect? I haven't bought anything from buy.com since I discovered Deep Discount DVD. I still have the Dogma SE on pre-order and I wonder if I will actually get it.

You're not alone. The only thing that gives me any hope is that I'm still bombarded by email from buy with all sorts of offers. So at least they're still active, but who knows how long that will continue?

I had some big problems with them when Reel.com went under and I actually emailed Greg Hawkins who was their CEO at the time (not anymore).
He corrected the problem and gave me three free DVD's of my choice to compensate me.
I never ordered from them again based primarily on the feedback I read here, but I did appreciate the free stuff!
