how about Paramount skip season 2, which is indefinately shelved due to high music costs, and go onto season 3 and beyond and maybe down the road add in season 2. Plus, with more than one season of HD on the shelf will lead to higher sales which will lead to Paramount coming around and figuring season 2 is worth releasing after all.
I personally think seasons 1 and 2 were the best years of Happy Days, but season 3 was really when it morphed into the show everyone remembers it being. Paramount has shown in the past with Walker Texas Ranger and Frasier that they can skip around with seasons.
Same problem going for Night Court right now. Season 3 is really where the show gets off the ground and sales would pick up.
