A question about a BFD and two subs (1 Viewer)

Well I have just bought a BFD and am curious whether I can hook it up to two subs so one(A ported Tempest Sonotub) can set up for HT and another (Sealed 12" Jaycar) for music, with both of them having different settings ??
Also can it be set so you can switch them on and off independently depending whether you are watching movies or listening to music or would like to have a combination.

the BFD is a stereo unit. Just program each channel differently. (L engine and R engine).
