What are they for? Do you plan to cover them up or just leave them open into the room? Just curious really.

What I have gathered from the pictures, the HT is built on the basement of a hoghus (block of flats). He probably doesn't have much choice but to leave them as they are now?

Johan, looking very good. Are the twins calibrated yet? I am thinking of moving to a new house in a few months and I am not looking forward to calibrating a single CRT...

Parker: Yes we were talking about cover them up but it just gets so big and look funny compare to the rest of the cinema so what we did insted was that we painted it red to mark them out instead

They actually look cool "live" and they are getting a second coating soon.

Sami: Thanks thats right its in a hoghus =) and we have some restrictions.

No im sorry to say that we havent got the time yet to get to the "fun" part yet buts it comming.

Today we did:

* Cables to the Pj was drawn.

* Cables to all rear speakers drawn.

* All power outlets is now working in the HT

* One of the Pjs are now up in the celing

* The floor to the lobby arrived today

* Backrow seats are now secure

* The new steeldoor is also inplace so now its two of the them =)

* Concrete is laid between the old door and the new one.

Tommorrow we gonna hook it all up
HTPC and so on

So what did you have to go through to get permission to build the HT in the basement of the building in the first place?

Things are getting to the final stages it looks like.

Actually we have rented this space its about 100 kvm dosent know the English counterpart.

To be honeset so have me and my friend started a homecinema forum and gonna use this HT to meet and have shoot outs on different stuff and just learn to know each other.

This forum is ofcource in Swedish and I hope you dont feel treatend by this

Then ofcource its nice to hava a space just to hangout with friends and watch a movie weere you can play loud and at any time of the day
