"A Hard Day's Night" glitch? (1 Viewer)

During the Richard Lester interview on disc 2, the picture fades out and is suddenly windowboxed for a short time for no apparent reason. It happens from 09:57 to 10:09. I thought they were about to go for some kind of video special effect, but then it pops back into full-frame. Is this a glitch on my copy or an authoring mistake?

Happens on my copy, too. Very strange. I agree it's an authoring mistake that missed Quality Control, somehow.
