And I'm a sensible enough guy that the stark reality should have been plain to me that most young folks really don't give a crap about what "respected film critics" think, since people I know who are in their early & mid 20s, also couldn't care less about what Pulitzer Prize winning journalists write, as most young folks prefer to get their "news" from a "highly accurate" info source: that rumor mill, which is more commonly known as "Social Media"!

To be fair, those can also show up on social media -- and I do see some of them myself on Facebook anyway -- but yeah, social media is so much of an echo chamber for vast majority of people that many might never see anything quite that worthwhile.
