How was Edward Hermann’s character not affected by any of the things the kids tried on him at the dinner table yet still turn out to be the head V at the end? Not that it matters as much of it is nonsense. But nonetheless!

Because he was invited in by Michael the first time (and Edward said as much). He wasn't invited the second time, and in this "universe" one is rendered defenseless if the vampire has been invited in.

I attended a screening of the new transfer (No HDR) yesterday and it looked wonderful.
