Soul, a computer animated product from Disney and Pixar, is a gorgeous 4k Blu-ray, with detail upon detail. How often can one delineate the bits of fur (or is it hair) sticking out of an angora sweater? First time for me in the animated world. And a delicate warning to angoraphobics.

It's a gentle, sweet film, with well...

a soul.

Absolutely worth your time.

The downside for those who can quite muster having 4k. You're going to have to do with Dolby Atmos.

Looks great in projection - no HDR problems.

4k Image – 5

Audio – 4k - 5 (Dolby Atmos)
Blu-ray - 4 (7.1 DTS-HD MA)
Pass / Fail – Pass

Highly Recommended

Well, at least one of the two movies I watched on Christmas Day was excellent and it wasn't Wonder Woman 1984.

We did the same double feature!

Gee, it’s almost as if we were all in the same theater, but with proper social distancing

I wonder if there is a 3D version like most Pixar releases.

Typically, Disney has released 3D editions on Blu-ray internationally even when there's no domestic 3D release. For Soul, I don't see any 3D editions anywhere.

Since there have been no theaters, has ANYBODY been able see the 3D version ANYWHERE? Could be the first 3D film since the 50s to have not been shown in 3D.
