Gary Ross delivers a fun couple of hours of entertainment (in color), with this distaff take on the Ocean's caper films, which go back to the original Ocean's 11 in 1960.
Featuring a notable cast for the leads, and accessing older talent for bits, which I love -- keep an eye peeled, and you'll recognize Marlo Thomas, Dana Ivey, Mary Louise Wilson, and Elizabeth Ashley -- the film just plain works, probably because of the appearances of Kylie and Kendall Jenner, and Hailey Baldwin.
Shot with an Alexa Mini and finished as a DI, the new 4k from Warner looks terrific.
A nice change of pace, as there's nary a super-hero in sight.
