I was forewarned that Justice League was a horrific experience, and that possibly if Zack Snyder's original cut were available...
While that may have lowered my expectations, and affected my final take on the film, I came away finding it decidedly okay. Not really fun. Not a great film by any means. But not what I was expecting.
Continuity seems a bit muddled, but things seem to work themselves out.
Yes, Henry Cavill's upper lip did occasionally appear a bit odd, but not nearly as bad as I expected. I still can't understand why no one is able to find an American actor to fill Superman's shoes. Possibly someone is less demand.
In the end, I found it to be a bit confusing, possibly at least in part, for my own loss of continuity in the series. I keep wondering when Iron Man might appear.
The film was finished as a 2k DI, but Warner's 4k disc shines. They seem to be doing something right. And by that I reference the earlier inability to easily view HDR discs in projection.
Gal Gadot is fun, although she still might benefit from some acting lessons. She's still new at it, and presumably, she has great years ahead, as she gains experience.
Audio is superb, especially with Dolby Atmos ringing all the bells, and filling the proscenium.
A high quality 4k disc, of a nice, fun film.
