Homeland, a 12 episode Fox TV production, starring Claire Danes, Damien Lewis and Mandy Patinkin, is a series that I totally missed in broadcast, but decided to give a try on Blu-ray.
This is a drama that once begun, much like a great book, is very difficult to put down, and I found myself drawn to it, viewing into ridiculously late morning hours.
It's that good, with more than enough twists and turns, and a season ending that a perfect cliff-hanger.
Shot as data on an Alexa, one would surmise that the resultant Blu-ray would be a perfect reproduction of the original.
And it is.
This is a beautifully rendered Blu-ray. All 664 minutes of it. Worth the price of admission.
