One of the all-time fan favorites, made it to Starz in 2015, and the third season is arriving on Blu-ray.

Always great fun, and over the top, the series continues to be shot via Arri Alexa, which means that what you're seeing on Blu-ray has minimal loss, as compressed, from the original files.

Something in the back of my brain was telling me that this was shot in 16mm, but that was the original feature from 1981.

Every fan needs a copy, and at under $20 (on pre-order) it becomes a no-brainer.

Yeah, I was disappointed to find that out too, but at least it's going out on a high note. My wife and I found this series to be one of the most funny, disgusting, and entertaining shows we've ever watched. Tons of fun for those who can appreciate it for what it is.

I wonder if the upcoming The Evil Dead 4K release will be scanned from the original 16mm? Hmmmm....

I haven't watched this series yet. Anticipating lots of fun.
