clear that this Joker is Batman's Joker. There are plenty of reasons to believe he's someone who inspired someone who later became Batman's Joker but not the real deal...

Frankly, I think that's a rationalization by people who don't want to believe that this is

Going into the movie, I expected it to be about "Batman's Joker", and if it is, that's 100% fine with me.

Why would I not want Arthur to be "real Joker"?
