I understood a few shots were shot on the Courthouse set also but could be wrong.

The basic layout of those two sets is very similar and they're often confused. The "clocktower," aka courthouse at Universal is a lot taller than Warners. Warners' small town set was also Hazzard County and Stars Hollow.
