I can honestly say that my upgrade to (admittedly, a much cheaper and more inferior) 4K projector this year has been the best investment in my home cinema since my first laserdisc player in 1990! Upscaled blu-rays remastered in 4K look fantastic and projection of true 4K discs has made me pretty much stop going to the cinema. You should try the BBC Planet Earth 2 4K set. It's cheaper than the disc you purchased and the experience is incredible.
