<800$ Speakers??? (1 Viewer)

I´ve been looking into speakers for my first HT for 6 months now, and i still have doubts about what to buy.

My room is medium/large and my main interests are Music DVD, Films, and X-box, by this order. And they need to be small.

WHAT DO YOU THINK I SHOULD GO FOR?

For a low cost speaker, I'd go with 4 Paradigm Atoms and the matching cc-170 or 270, and a PDR-10 or 12. Those are a great starter system. Others have suggested the Fluance speakers.

I agree with Cabreau with the Atom suggestion. Those Fluance are hard to beat too for the money. I would also throw in Boston Acoustics system 9000II. They sound AMAZING for the size. They retail for 1000$ but come with a good sub......that I still use after upgrading all of the other speakers 2 times. You can probably get the set for a deal though if you call around.
