7.1.4 Atmos angles (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone. I am new here. I have a dedicated room of 25 m². Currently in 7.1 I am switching to atmos 7.1.4 with 4 elipson ic8 ultra slim. My big question and concern ,because I still casually hole the ceiling in 4 different places , is the position of the holes. I made plans based on the Dolby standard which recommends an angle of 45 degrees relative to the listening position. But I saw the HometheaterGuru video which explains, with lots of common sense, that the Ideal was 60° between each speaker. So I would like your opinion and your experience before doing anything.
