I have the Denon AVR-3801 Receiver that supports all the current 5.1 and 6.1 formats. I've heard that for a 5.1 setup, dipole speakers ar the best for the surrounds because of the better ambiance (at least that's what Paradigm recommends). So, with 6.1, what type of speaker should I use for the rear effects channel? I feel that the dipoles would be great for the surrounds, but the rear center should be a direct radiating speaker. But others dissagree. Any suggestions?

Boston Acoustics has a new center rear surround speaker in their VR series. I think it's VR-MX/EX; check ut their home page where they describe their thinking on a rear surround center.
