54mhz/12 bit VS. 108mhz/12 bit video D/A converter?? (1 Viewer)

Hey guys I was just wondering how much of a difference does this make in the Picture quality of a dvd player?? Picture quality is the only reason I want to upgrade so if I won't see a big difference then let me know. Becuase I now have the Sony 700P and I'm looking at getting either the Sony 715P that was just released, or the Panasonic 62S. The only difference I can really see between the 700 and the 715 is the video D/A converter. I am using a Panasonic 47 inch HDTV. And I'm not interested in the Sony 755 or the Panasonic 82S that is coming out, since I don't care about SACD or DVD-Audio.
