Best Buy has a deal going that if you buy splinter cell(which is $5) any and all plat hits you get with it are also $5. I bought 9 games for 46 bucks shipped to my house. It is a really good deal seeing a lot of stores will give you more than 5 bucks trade in for a lot of the games.

I'm looking at BestBuy.com and not finding anything that resembles this. Do you have a link?

You have to put it in your shopping card to show up as $5.

They didn't back out on the $39.99 Bond set "deal" a few years back.

They may have had one too. I remember getting a deal on all three sets, 2nd set deal was from the short lived CanShop IIRC. The BB "deal" I'm reffering to was a misprice of the 3rd set at $39.99 I think. Of course my memory might be faulty, you could be right.

I ordered nine games [IMG] Just make sure to put splinter cell in first and then the plat hits. There all on back order, but what is another 5.7 days when your saving that much money. This seems to be only online. BB also has a deal for buy two get one free for xsn games. They are also priced at 39.99 which is ten cheaper than they are reg. I would get top spin, amped2, and links 04. There all good games.

how long did it take everyone to get their confirmation emails? I placed an order about 2 hours ago and still no email.

I was using Mozilla Firebird, and just submitted another duplicate order w/ IE6.

Here's the odd thing - on my first Mozilla order, I got a confirmation order # but no email. I asked to pick 3 items up in-store at two different local stores, and have one shipped (no local availability). Two hours and no confirmation email and checking my account on BB.com shows no such order.

On my new order, it showed that all four were available at my local store (not like the previous order). The confirmation order screen looked different. Still no confirmation email but that was just a few minutes ago that I placed the order.

Weird thing: when I check My Account/Ordes, neither one shows up.

I don't want to place a third order and get charged for all three...

It took about 1 1/2 hours to get the conf. I also called and confirmed the order with the 1-888-best-buy number. If you don't get an email. I would call that number and see what is going on. If your orders for some reason did not go through. I would have them place it.

Awesome. I am trying to get a friend of mine convinced he needs to get XBox live. Sooooo as an incentive....I just picked up 2 copies of some live games that I can send one to him and we can both play.

    Here is the online receipt.

When clicking on Splinter Cell, I'm getting this message.

"We're Sorry, The page you requested can't be accessed right now, or it no longer exists."

    Guess the window is closed.

    Thanks anyway,

    C

Brian, I got that receipt on the second try (but didn't print it out). I have the original order #s but I don't have the email confirmation for either order, and neither of them show up on my order history.

    Guess the window is closed.

Oh well, I wasn't a big fan of any of the games I ordered and it's not worth it (for me) to call and potentially fight with them to get the orders placed...

Same for me, but even though my history doesn't show it they have my order in the cue. I emailed them with my order number & they confirmed the order.
