5 channel amp which one (1 Viewer)

I would like to spend less than $2000 new or $1500 used. How would you rank these 3 Sherbourn, B&K, Rotel, Outlaw? They must be at least 200wpc and have a 12 volt trigger.

How about $1999 and 300wpc x 5 .003% distortion.

Although the others are very good quality amps, this is (IMHO) a significant step above.

IMO the Sherbourn 5/1500A followed closely by the Rotel RMB-1095, then the B&K 7250. I haven't heard the Outlaw, so I can't comment on it.

The Sherbourn and Rotel are both very good, but have each has a different sound. It is personal preference as to which is better. FWIW, I didn't spend a lot of time listening to the 7250 and I never had it in my system.

If you want to spend $1300 or less, there's a used Parasound 2205A 220x5 with dc trigger in the classified forum.
