    Of course, this page assumes you have a copy of Soundforge's SoftEncode, which is no longer produced and thus difficult to locate aside from warez sites.

    I had a demo version a couple years back, and this was actually a great deal of fun.

    Yep- this is a very old tutorial which has been around for about two years, and Soft Encode is no longer produced.
    Most of the info presented here originated from an article from October 2000 Modern Recording website which Mike Sokol authored.
