I have a 4K Toshiba Amazon Fire TV that looks great when streaming in 1080. However when Disney + or HBO Max play their new stuff in 4K it suddenly looks like crap — everything seems to be moving too fast and too smooth and it appears all the terrible "soap opera" motion-smoothing settings I turned off when I got the TV are back on. Anyone know what to do here?
