So...anyone got any pointers to what's happening with projectors Fall 2019 or releases coming 2020?

Expecting more laser PJ's to be announced, but the scuttlebutt is light this year.

Expecting more laser PJ's to be announced, but the scuttlebutt is light this year.

Given the delays and challenges with JVC’s 4K models announced for Fall 2018 and only getting delivered by Spring or Summer of this year, I’ve wondered if this fall would only bring minor tweaks with the next real updates pushed off until late 2020.

It was about this time last year, and the year before, that the projector world really got shook up and jumped forward in price and quality for 4K projectors. But this year ... is there any news on new models or improved pricing or did the projector manufacturers just hit the pause button for 4K in 2020?
