47wx52 blue problem (1 Viewer)

Hi Everyone,

Need a little advice. I have a Pan 47WX52 set and today for no apparent reason the blue convergence is screwed. I get a blue bow across the middle of the scree and everything has a scewed blue shadow.

The set is about 3 years old.

Looking for suggestions and any help you all can give.

Sounds like you got the infamous POP, and it happened on the blue gun. Goto http://panny.tv/ and look in the know tweaks section for the Evil Pop. It has instructions how to fix.

Yea I had printed out the info long ago just in case and I BELIEVE that it happened the other night. I turned the set off and went in the other room and heard the pop.
