which tv has better 4:3 stretch modes the Hitachi 53UWX10B or the Sony 51HW40?
I thought the Hitachi looked a little better than the Sony when I was shopping. Mitsubishi was the worst. None of them can hold a candle to the Pioneer "NaturalWide" stretch mode on the SD-533HD5. You'll pay a little more for it, but if you want to watch a lot of NTSC material in stretch mode, the Pioneer is tops in my book.
Yeah, what HE said!
Plus, the Pioneer picture quality is SOOOO much better.
Search around, and youi can get the Pioneer for a great price online. OneCall is a good place to start. Ask for Jason.
