3D CAD Design Software? Which One? (1 Viewer)

Anybody know of a good 3D CAD Home Theater Design program I can use. Have had any luck doing web searches. I like the designs that they use in Home Theater Builder Magazine, buy I don't know if that is a CAD program. Any help would be great.
