Is $399 a good price for the Onkyo 601S?

I have been trying to figure out what receiver I want...either the Onkyo 601 or the Denon 2803... and when I seen the $399 price tag I made up my mind (maybe).

$649 Denon 2803
$399 Onkyo 601

What would you go with?

order the Onkyo, I am sure you would be happy with either though and saving money is always nice. Enjoy your new AVR!!
