Can you adjust each channel by itself or is there just an adjustment for rear. What I want is I have a left surround a little further away than the right. So I need to bump up the volume in that speaker alone. I assume that if the 3802 does the 03 will as well. I was thinking of buying the 4802. But that is twice as much. And I will be working towards the seperates. I figure an extra 1200 is a little much for a remote that no one likes and for a thx logo. That the 03 probably comes pretty close to those standards anyway. Somebody plese correct me if I am wrong. I will be upgrading from a sony 835 reciever so I am sure anything will sound night and day better.

    Thanks

For the price of 4802 you can get the 3803 and a decent used 5 channel 125w/ch amp that will blow the 4802 in dust, IMHO. The 3803, from its spec sheet, seems like a sweet prepro that can compete with the 4802 in terms of sheer processing power and when hooked to an external 5 channel amp will give even the 5803 the run for its money, IMHO.

And to answer your other question - the 3802 (and presumably the 3803) does allow separate adjustments for each speaker independently, including the surround speakers.
